10 AEW ALL OUT 2021 Impulse Reactions

9. Miro (c) Vs. Eddie Kingston

The commentators asked out loud if Eddie Kingston really could be the man to hand Miro his first loss right as 'The Redeemer' enjoyed a particularly violent period of sustained offence, joined in voice by the desperate adulation of the Chicago crowd.

For the second pay-per-view in a row, Kingston got a monster pop for having the spirit and belief to finally take a title home to his mother, and he repaid that faith with more guts and determination than anybody has placed in front of the TNT Champion thus far. Leaning on his All Japan influences and earnest toughness, 'The Mad King' lost control by taking a risk with a dive, but earned it back after a double down when one paid off.

Miro massively got away with one after Kingston the DDT he'd pitched as the Champion's "kryptonite" - a pulled off turnbuckle caused two questionable calls from Bryce Remsburg. The second of which fed into a finish when the man in the middle was distracted enough for Miro to hit a low blow. Eddie Kingston's b*llocks had been a talking point before the match, were brought in question during it, and were his weakness as it concluded.

It might give him a window for a rematch too - the response here seemed to justify giving them at least one more go.
