Being one of the few people on this list who have already been World Champion, it is fairly obvious that Britt Baker will return to the top of the company at some point in the future. Her first title reign was an important step in legitimizing the Women's Title, but was ultimately limited by the poor booking that often surrounded the women's division at the time.
The Roll Model is currently playing the supportive role to her friend Jamie Hayter, who recently defeated Toni Storm for the AEW Women's Championship to a raucous reception at Full Gear. There is clear scope for a feud between the two friends, but there is no rush to break the pairing up anytime soon.
Hayter could continue having great matches whilst playing heel until it becomes untenable for her to remain in that role and she is turned face by Baker turning on her. The story, if told well, could legitimately be one of the best things AEW has managed to book in the women's division thus far, which shows the progress the company has made in recent times.
