It's very easy to see Britt Baker becoming a big star in WWE. She's got everything they love in a superstar, like excellent in-ring skills, an outlandish character, a solid work ethic and incredible mic skills. Despite this, it's not something that the doctor ordered, and she's far from being WWE's modern Isaac Yankem.

Baker has made it very clear that working for AEW is what she wants, as it grants her the creative freedom to allow her to enjoy her role. WWE is notorious for stripping their performers of this, so why would she make the jump? Additionally, she has a tonne of brand loyalty, as she was the first female performer AEW signed, meaning they have a solid relationship.

However, the most crucial factor for Britt Baker's lack of interest in WWE comes from the fact that it would damage her work schedule. World Wrestling Entertainment is constantly on tour, leaving the wrestlers precious little room for side hustles, but Baker works outside of the business as a dentist and only performs for AEW on Wednesdays, which she'd struggle to do with WWE.

Thanks to her love of dentistry, loyalty and the creative freedom she gets, it's not wise to bet money on her jumping ship.
