10 AEW Wrestlers Poised To Break Out In 2021

John Silver has come leaps and bounds over the past year.

Originally starting out as a jobber alongside Alex Reynolds, 'The Meat Man' and pal soon found themselves in the ranks of The Dark Order, through which Silver has become one of AEW's more entertaining personalities. He can do literally anything, and find a way to make it somewhat interesting. Take his Full Gear clash with Orange Cassidy for example - he ate 'Freshly Squeezed's' jean pockets, which was fun to watch because it was John Silver.

That AEW have allowed Silver to be a stand out member of Mr. Brodie Lee's stable says a lot about the talents of the man. He was most likely happy to just be given the opportunity to prove his worth on a huge platform after years of plying his trade, but instead, he's hanging with the likes of Adam Page.

There's a bit of work to still be done with the guy, sure, but he's already come so far since he and Reynolds jobbed out to Ortiz and Santana on their first night. He's willing to do whatever's placed in front of him. So long as he keeps this mantra going in the new year, Silver will quickly become a talking point of AEW's third year.
