10 Alleged WWE Sex Scandals That Rocked Wrestling
6. Nailz And Vince McMahon
Nailz believed that he was deserving of a better payday than the one he received for his SummerSlam 1992 showdown against Virgil. Rather logically, The Convict believed that since WWF Superstars performed in front of, what was at the time, the second biggest attendance in the company's history, they should be getting more money for doing so. Vince McMahon said no.
Upon hearing this rejection, Nailz apparently went berserk, choking McMahon out while The Berserker guarded the door. After Pat Patterson and others pulled Nailz off his boss, he was fired.
Upon being given his marching orders, Nailz claimed foul play by his former employers, labelling a sexual assault charge at them to cover his own back ahead of a potential assault and battery charge being thrown in his direction. His claim - that McMahon had cupped his testicles - was dismissed before it went to court.
During the steroid trial, Nailz later testified against Vince in court so vehemently that it actually ended up being a key reason why Vince got off. It made the jury think anyone saying negative things was just a bitter ex-employee with an axe to grind.
Eric Bischoff later hired Nailz for a short run in WCW as a result of his love for this story.
