10 Amazing Contributions Scott Hall Made To Professional Wrestling

5. Sharing What He Learned

Razor Ramon Intercontinental Champion
WWE Network

Scott Hall was often credited by his peers as having one of the keenest minds in the wrestling, so much so that on his ‘Grilling JR’ podcast, legendary WWE and AEW commentator Jim Ross recently questioned why WWE hadn’t already brought Hall into the company’s creative team:

“[Scott Hall] was a hell of a hand in the ring, really good and he had a great mind. I’m surprised somebody hasn’t nabbed him up in a creative capacity because I think he’s that good. It wouldn’t have surprised me under better circumstances that Scott was a world champion. He had the skills, he had the look, and he had the aptitude. He just had those demons nipping at his heels that seemingly never did go away.”

While he would never join WWE in a creative capacity, Hall would serve as a guest coach at the WWE Performance Center, where he passed on some of his vast knowledge to the current and future WWE Superstars.
