One of this writer's friends attended WrestleMania X as a youngster, and recalls bumping into none other than Bam Bam Bigelow over the weekend when out and about. Excitedly, he asked Bammer if he was looking forward to the show. 'How could I? I'm wrestling a clown', Bigelow replied.

That about sums his 'Mania X experience up, eh?

Bam Bam teamed with "main squeeze" Luna Vachon to face Doink and Dink in a let-me-up tag effort. The fact this was sandwiched in between a blistering Bret vs. Owen opener and Randy Savage's final WrestleMania showing was probably even more depressing for Bigelow. How on earth could he be buzzed for this?!

In fairness, the WWF rewarded Bam Bam for suffering through the indignity of a feud with a Matt Borne-less Doink character by booking him in the main event of 'Mania one year later. That was quite the leap, but a deserved one. Maybe this humiliating experience was worthwhile after all.
