10 AMAZING WWE Matches (You Should Never EVER Watch)

3. TLC III

WWE Hell In A Cell 2022 Seth Rollins Cody Rhodes

Where: SmackDown (24 May 2001)

Why You Shouldn't Watch: This one will be controversial, but here goes.

The WWF wheeled out their TLC gimmick for a third time on the 24 May 2001 edition of SmackDown. Then-Tag Champs Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit were sandwiched in between SummerSlam 2000 and 'Mania X-Seven heroes like The Dudleyz, The Hardys and purveyors of oversized sunglasses Edge and Christian.

This TV sequel thrilled, but some of the bumps Benoit (in particular) took are difficult to watch these days. That's especially true when considering the horrendous end to the Canadian's life several years later. Seeing him soar through the air with one of those diving headbutts takes on new meaning, basically.

TLC 3 was undeniably exciting, but knowing the toll such bouts took on the workers taking such risks makes them challenging to watch again. Toss in the Benoit tragedy and it's even harder to defend such risk-taking.
