10 Annoying Things That Wrestling Is Obsessed With

1. Penis & Ass Jokes

Asses and penises join bitches in the "you can't move for this stuff" column, and it's pretty much a weekly phenomenon. Recently, Kofi Kingston chimed in on a communication breakdown between Randy Orton and Riddle to say, "A reptile dysfunction". That, obviously, was a play on "erectile dysfunction".

Oh the hilarity.

New Day lace their promos with sexual innuendos constantly. They've spoken about circumcisions, three-ways with opponent's mothers, used fruit to illustrate their point (two oranges and a banana, of course) and more. It's an obsession, and it's nothing new.

DX lads Triple H and Shawn Michaels made enough d*ck jokes to last a lifetime back in the 90s, and even WCW's Hugh Morrus was renamed "Hugh G. Rection" so Vince Russo could stick it to the promotion's stuffy corporate suits. These jokes play before diminishing returns the more they're used, and they can be very annoying.
