3. Alexa Bliss (Ineffective)
Alexa Bliss studied under the esteemed Bray Wyatt at his supernatural school and has borrowed some of her old leader's 'Fiendish' tricks. In WWE's bizarro world, Bliss has the ability to control inanimate objects with her mind and make the impossible possible, if it suits the narrative.
So, why is she so bloody ineffective then?
The twisted little schoolgirl on the swing elects to flicker lights on and off, shoot pyro from the ring corners and stage, and teleport her toy doll around the ThunderDome. That's about it. Theoretically, she has the power to destroy her rivals, but she wants to play silly mind games with them instead.
Bliss spoke of eliminating all in her path and targeting someone specific a while back. Since then, she's mind-controlled Shayna Baszler and scorched a wine waiter several times. Despite that, they keep coming back without even one scratch on them the next week.
She might be the worst super-villain of all time.
