2. Shayna Baszler (Suffers Fools)
Bliss' hokey ineffectiveness is affecting others too.
Shayna Baszler, like Rhea Ripley, is another WWE female who was killing it on NXT before the "main roster" got its grubby mitts on her. Since being called up, Shayna has teased playing the vampire (by sinking her teeth into Becky Lynch) formed an unwanted tag with Nia Jax and started speaking to dolls.
You've gotta' give something to WWE - they sure cover a lot of ground in 12 months. Shayna has been completely stripped of everything that made her cool in the first place, and Raw's creative team has tried to replace that with shaky "character development" that's ruining her appeal.
Perhaps the worst thing about Baszler right now is that she suffers fools. She's hung around with Nia for too long, even putting up with Reginald, and entertained Alexa Bliss despite knowing that she could just arm bar her into oblivion.
This might be the worst NXT call up ever. Keith Lee could have something to say about that, to be fair.
