10 Awesome Tag Teams WWE Completely Ruined

5. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson

As part of The Bullet Club in NJPW, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were one of the best tag-teams on the planet between 2013-16. This was a second go-around in tag action for Anderson, because he had previously formed a great team called Bad Intentions with Matt 'Giant Bernard' Bloom. Remarkably, the team with Gallows was even better.

Together, Gallows and Anderson should have smashed the tag-team ranks in WWE when they signed on in early-2016. Possessing size, similar looks, and some great double team moves, the Bullet Club boys were one of the easiest teams to book in modern pro wrestling. In WWE's mind though, they were best off carrying fake testicles in a jar and pretending to be doctors.

That's right, the once-fierce combination were reduced to playing comedy foil for The New Day. Whether as phoney medics or 'retirement workers', Gallows and Anderson's aura diminished by the week as they sought laughs. That stench hasn't quite faded. Way to go, Raw writers.
