10 Awesome Wrestling Things To Be Thankful For Right Now
2. NXT's Expansion with TNA Talent Exchange and Bigger Shows on the Road
Speaking of NXT, while it is still not firing on all cylinders the way it was a few years back, it is in a significantly better position now than it was during the NXT 2.0 phase.
Over the past month alone, NXT has seen rather significant growth, moving over to the CW Network and going on the road more often.
These tours have allowed NXT to expand its presence and even flat out look more impressive, packing bigger arenas than even AEW can fill. That, coupled with some wins in the ratings, has given WWE more justification to investing in NXT, which has in turn led to several big signings.
Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and Zaria have been upgrading the women's division, building a perception that that is the best female roster in the game right now. That's not even including Jordynne Grace, who is effectively waiting out the remainder of her contract before signing with WWE. But in the meantime, she and others from TNA Wrestling are helping keep things fresh in NXT in a fun talent exchange that helps usher in new surprises nearly every week.
NXT is silly and far from Emmy material, but it is a consistently interesting show to watch as of late.
