10 Awesome WWE Entrance Themes That Went To Waste

8. Curt Hawkins

Arriving on the WWE scene as The Major Brothers in 2007, Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder didn't appear to be anything more than glorified enhancement talent. But after proving to be an entertaining tag team, they were prominently pushed on SmackDown as part of Edge's La Familia stable, holding the WWE Tag Team Championship for a time in the latter half of 2008. The entrance theme Hawkins and Ryder used while they were together was the same song Hawkins used when he worked as singles competitor: "In the Middle of It Now" by Disciple. For a lower-ranked tandem, it was an awesome song that got fans hyped to see them in action. Unlike Ryder, Hawkins was rarely on WWE TV when he was on his own. His subsequent pairings with Vance Archer and Tyler Reks were short-lived and 'WWE Superstars' was basically his home for the remainder of his career. If you were among the few that did tune in to the Friday afternoon show weekly, at least you knew you could hear this excellent entrance theme.
