Nobody really thought that Shawn Michaels - a 40-something whose career was on its last legs - had a chance at ending Undertaker's streak, right? In the cold light of day, it was always unlikely that HBK, famously a selfless limelight-shunner (well, in his second run at least), would be given the nod to beat the 'Deadman' at WrestleMania - but try telling that to 70,000 Glendale fans when 'Taker was floored by a Sweet Chin Music at the bottom of the ninth.

Whilst it's easy to look back now and say that the 'Deadman's WrestleMania run wasn't in danger during his two matches with HBK, neither of them were without a few hairy moments in which, despite all the odds, it really did seem like the referee was about to count three. It was proof that fans really can get lost in the moment, and although Shawn only nearly won, the emotional rollercoaster we were taken on was no less memorable than it would have been if he had got over the line.
