10 Awful Moves Talented Wrestlers Need To Stop Using

8. Adam Page - Springboard Clothesline

Adam Page has proven himself to be one of the top players in AEW. He has come on leaps and bounds since his match with Chris Jericho at All Out in 2019 and he has a stellar list of moves. The Buckshot Lariat, The Dead-Eye and his moonsault are exceptional signature moves.

One piece of offence that lets Hangman down is his Springboard Clothesline. This features in Page's comeback sequence in which he hits the move before hitting his opponent with a slingshot cross-body. On the whole, the move just looks a bit goofy. There is not enough hang-time for the move to be THAT impressive and it also looks like it lacks a lot of impact.

Page is an incredibly talented wrestler who already has one incredibly clothesline based move in his arsenal, so if he were to just tweak his springboard clothesline, the move could be a really powerful signature, not just a transitional move.
