10 Awful Moves Talented Wrestlers Need To Stop Using

7. Ricochet - Fireman's Carry Roundhouse

Ricochet is one of the most athletic and technically gifted performers of the 2000s. While his moves can sometimes be incredibly contrived, there is no denying that almost every move is visually stunning.

The one blemish on Ricochet's moveset is his Fireman's Carry Roundhouse kick. Despite Ricochet doing a 630 senton, his Fireman's Carry Roundhouse still comes off as the most contrived move the superstar has. Ricochet lifts his opponent onto his shoulder and the simply places him down, only to hit him with a roundhouse kick.

Logically, the move doesn't make any sense. There's no sort of verticality or drop that could maybe disorientate the opponent. Instead, it is a simple kick with a meaningless piece of set up. What makes this move so disappointing is the potential Ricochet has for innovative offence. Surely someone with the creative ability of the "One and Only" can create a more vibrant explosion of wrestling action. This is a move that Ricochet needs to leave behind him.
