10 Awful Moves Talented Wrestlers Need To Stop Using

5. Jeff Hardy - Standing Splash

The "Charismatic Enigma" is responsible for getting many fans into the sport. Jeff Hardy's death defying offence has captivated audiences around the world and has kept his move set consistent throughout his tenure.

One move that Hardy has never mastered is his standing splash. This move doesn't really have any impact and looks incredibly soft. Hardy simply slowly strolls back against the ropes before slowly dropping himself onto his opponent.

This move is very strange when compared to the rest of his offence because it is just so lame! Every time Hardy goes to hit the move he looks physically uncomfortable and he lacks the energy to get any elevation. An example of a good running splash is Big E. He gets a huge amount of height and also manages to make the move feel weighty.

With Jeff Hardy seemingly winding down in his current WWE run, now would be the perfect time to retire this move and replace it with something a little less embarrassing.
