10 B-Team WWE Tag Team Champions
2. The Prime Time Players
Debuting in 2012, Darren Young and Titus O'Neil were made to wait several years before getting a run with the WWE Tag Team Championships, with their first run together screeching to a halt after manager Abraham Washington got himself fired for making a joke about Kobe Bryant's 2003 sexual assault charge on air.
The duo went their separate ways, feuded, then came back together in 2015, eventually working they way towards contendership, earning the right to challenge The New Day at Money in the Bank 2015.
Although The New Day were still far from peaking as an act, losing to The Prime Time Players needlessly interrupted their dominance in the division. WWE's lack of faith in Young and O'Neil was such that they were barely featured throughout their run, mustering only a single pay-per-view defence, before passing the belts back to Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Xavier Woods, whose record-breaking 483-run kicked off with a win over the PTPs at SummerSlam '15. Darren and Titus both became borderline enhancement talents thereafter, embarking on another turgid singles feud in 2016.
