10 Batista Controversies That James Bond Fans Need To Know About

10. His Hatred Of PG

Batista Pg Batista has been an outspoken critic of WWE's decision to switch from TV14 to PG. It was one of the reasons Batista left the company in 2010. Speaking to UK Newspaper The Sun in 2012, Batista said:
"The reason I left was the PG direction the company took, it got too corny for me. I was a hug fan of the edgy era of DX, Stone Cold Steve Austin and those guys. The change in direction really ruined it for me...It€™s well recorded I€™m not a fan of the likes of John Cena or The Miz. It€™s such a different company these days and not in a good way.€
No, Batista was not a fan of the watered-down WWE that he was a part of after years of pushing the envelope and participating in many violent and bloody matches. So how will Batista respond if Spectre is rated PG-13? Odds are that this will be the rating the film goes for considering that Skyfall was also rated PG-13 and the studio will be trying to reach the largest possible audience. Whether or not Batista would have a problem with this is not known, but the guy clearly likes his product to have a harder edge to them and might not be thrilled with appearing as a mild villain regardless of how well the film does.
