The Undertaker. Kurt Angle. John Cena. Brock Lesnar. Quite the lineup of sure-fire WWE Hall of Famers right here, and the type of talent that Smackdown fans were treated to on a regular basis back in the early 2000s. It's incredible to think that the blue brand had these four, along with Rey Mysterio, Eddie Guerrero, Edge, The World's Greatest Tag Team, Chris Benoit and so many other talented performers.

The Deadman teamed with The Olympic Hero to take on The Doctor of Thuganomics and The Next Big Thing in the main event of the October 10th, 2003 episode of Smackdown and, far from being some short, throwaway TV match, this one was PPV-quality all the way, with all four guys busting their butts to produce something worthwhile.

Lesnar was feuding with 'Taker and Angle with Cena so there was a lot of storyline going into this one, which acted as a preview for the forthcoming No Mercy pay-per-view. Going at it for about sixteen minutes, these four worked a tight, formula tag match that had a lot of heat. And guess who got the W?

That's right, our man Brock Lesnar got the pin after blasting Angle with a 'biker chain'. He didn't have the last laugh, though. No, that belonged to The Phenom, who dropped Brock through the announce table with a Chokeslam after the match.
