Music and wrestling have gone hand in hand since the Rock and Wrestling connection of the 1980’s. Some of the biggest names in the industry have performed at WrestleMania either taking duties performing the national anthem or at times playing a superstar to the ring. Even though the likes of Limp Bizkit and Motörhead performed themes live for The Undertaker and Triple H, neither had a familial connection to make it more special.

Snoop Dogg’s connection with WWE ran deep for many years with the West Coast rap superstar making multiple appearances with the promotion way before his cousin became the star performer that she is. Having already served as the master of ceremonies for the Playboy BunnyMania match at WrestleMania 24, Snoop knew how to control the WWE Universe and work with the talent - just check out Randy Orton’s story of their interaction.

Yet no matter how much Snoop enjoyed his time there, nothing could compare to the emotion of singing his family to the ring for one of the biggest matches of her career on the night after being inducted into the celebrity wing of the WWE Hall of Fame. Despite Sasha failing to win on the night, Snoop created one of the most well received celebrity moments at WrestleMania.
