Speaking of being universally over, it’s only right that we now move on to a crowd chant inspired by the irrepressible Enzo Amore.

One of the most recent victims of his merciless burns has been AJ Styles. And more specifically, AJ Styles’ “soccer mom” haircut. Having called out AJ for his dodgy trim last week on Monday Night Raw, at Battleground it was Big Cass who made the “soccer mom” reference this time.

And that reminder was enough to set the Verizon Center off with a chorus of the phrase once Styles was tagged into the match-up, much to the amusement of commentary team, John Cena, and even Styles himself.

He brushed off the comments with a swish of his maternal locks, before Michael Cole made the observation that Enzo perhaps shouldn’t be passing judgment on others peoples’ haircuts.

Still, fashion decisions aside, even when Enzo isn’t actually delivering the lines himself, his growing influence is still being felt on the show.
