10 Best Cruiserweight Wrestlers In The World Today

5. Ricochet/Prince Puma

In the early 1980s, Dynamite Kid and Tiger Mask rewrote the rules of wrestling, showing that smaller stars could do things that their larger counterparts couldn't, and proving that they were an invaluable part of the industry. As time wore on, men like Jushin Liger, Too Cold Scorpio, Rey Mysterio, and Juventud Guerrera pushed the envelope further, dazzling fans with their aerial offense. With every passing year, wrestlers have tried to raise the stakes higher and higher, but one may have finally won the contest. Put simply, Ricochet is the most acrobatic wrestler of all-time. The IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion routinely does things in the ring that defy gravity and boggle the mind - any match of his would stun even the most avid wrestling fans. His talents have led him to myriad titles in Dragon Gate (and its defunct sister company, Dragon Gate USA) as well as victories in New Japan's Best of the Super Juniors XXI and PWG's Battle of Los Angeles 2014 tournaments. Ricochet also has a pretty impressive side job, competing under a mask as Prince Puma for Lucha Underground. On that program, he shows every bit of the skill that's made him a phenomenon. Becoming the inaugural Lucha Underground Champion was yet another honor for the world-class wrestler.
