You know that Trish/Mickie match from earlier? The one we said was the best women's match in WrestleMania history at the time? This was the match that knocked it off the top spot.

WrestleMania 32 was almost a complete dud. The Jericho/Styles match was good, but we also had The New Day vs The League of Nations, Brock Lesnar refusing to sell for Dean Ambrose, and The Undertaker and Shane McMahon plodding around Hell in a Cell for half an hour.

But, in every rough there is a diamond, and this diamond shone with the light of a thousand suns.

Charlotte, Sasha Banks, and Becky Lynch had helped revolutionised the way women's wrestling was presented in WWE. The three NXT standouts had been in developmental just six months before 'Mania. Now, they were competing in the most high-profile women's wrestling match of all time.

These three left it all in the ring, all hoping to be crowned the brand new WWE Women's Champion. The match was gripping from start to finish and climaxed with The Queen tapping out Becky Lynch to claim the gold.

Putting these three women in one match at WrestleMania was a brilliant idea. They showed everyone that women's wrestling had arrived in WWE and it was here to stay
