10 Best Feuds Of The Undertaker's WWE Career
6. Vs. Triple H (2011 - 2012)
Though 'Taker and Trips have squared off many times throughout their respective careers, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better program than the one they shared between 2011 and 2012.
A revenge-driven Triple H unable to get over the fact that The Phenom ended his best friend's career and a battle-damaged Undertaker painstakingly searching for a worthwhile challenger to his vaunted Streak, the war of the words between the two vets proved why both of them are equally as revered on the mic as they are in the ring. And they somehow bested that the following year as a victorious-but-weakened 'Taker sought to redeem himself after the beating he took at the hands of 'The Game' rendered him unable to walk out of the ring.
They say you shouldn't mess with perfection and it was certainly a risky move adding a new chapter to 'Taker's legendary feud with Shawn Michaels that took place over the two years prior to this one, but this was a risk that WWE was willing to take - and it was one that paid off as the pair's physical battles carried the now four-year arc to even greater heights.
It was the end of an era, and a pretty sweet one at that.
