10 Best Feuds Of The Undertaker's WWE Career

4. Vs. Mankind

Undertaker Mankind In Your House: Revenge of The Taker

The Undertaker had been a regular part of WWE for over six years, but it wasn't until Mankind came along that it truly felt like he had engaged in a program that was personal. That was probably to protect the mystical aura that surrounded his character, but when the unhinged superstar began to turn his world upside down, it was clear that he was in desperate need of one.

The animosity between the pair was apparent from the offset. For starters, Mick Foley was so bloody unhinged that he didn't care about the consequences of 'Taker's revenge, so he'd just attack him again and again. Not only had The Deadman never been targeted like this before, he'd never been defeated as definitively as he was with the Mandible Claw.

From Paul Bearer's shocking betrayal to innovating the Boiler Room Brawl and Buried Alive matches (and redefining Hell In A Cell in their feud's '98 renewal) everything that happened during their confrontations shaped 'Taker's evolution into a more well-rounded character and it's hard to imagine where his career would be today without this thoroughly gripping program.
