2. Liv Morgan As Harley Quinn
Harley Quinn remains one of the most popular characters in the DC Universe, so it's no great surprise that she shows up here a second time. Now, while some of you might have guessed that Alexa Bliss' take on the DC Comics character would make the cut here, there's something about Liv Morgan's version which stands out even more than the former Women's Champion's popular ring gear.
For starters, the SmackDown Superstar - who has once again found herself paired up with Ruby Riott on the blue brand after that weird Rusev/Lana storyline - has done a great job of bringing the Harley Quinn specifically from Birds of Prey to life here.
Beyond that, however, there's something about Morgan which just screams Harley Quinn. She certainly appears to have based at least part of her in-ring persona on the chaotic anti-hero, and it would be great seeing her get the chance to embrace that a little more in a future singles run.
Up until now, it hasn't seemed like WWE has really known what to do with Morgan, so here's hoping she's able to escape tag team purgatory.
