WWE's desperate thirst for "WrestleMania Moment" has bordered on insane over the last few years; that is to say, the company try the same things over and over again expecting audiences to pop rather than deflate.

Matt Hardy - more than any other performer on the entire WrestleMania 33 card - was the reason for one of the biggest ones in the history of the show.

The 'Broken Universe' he'd cultivated in TNA (more on that in a moment), had once again made The Hardy Boyz the talk of the wrestling world, with his bizarre and deranged new persona arguably the most topical performer on the weekend wrestling took over Orlando, Florida.

Fans were given a feast of bruising bumps and frightening falls for the Hardy comeback special, and booking them to win and complete their "Expedition Of Gold' was an uncharacteristically sweet move from WWE.

Discussing the match seems almost unnecessary though - the response from the audience was something the company may not achieve this decade. And for all the excitement around the music and magic of the original Hardy Boyz, those vociferous cheers were rapidly drowned out by a cascading wave of "DELETE" chants.
