10 Best Options To Be WWE's Next Top Guy
9. Adam Cole
When it comes to look, charisma, and in-ring ability, Adam Cole is the total package (no offense to Lex Luger). Heralded as one of independent wrestling's brightest young prodigies, Cole has made a name for himself to his largest-ever audience over the last year in NXT, heading his own stable and winning titles and accolades along the way.
At 29 years old, Cole has a long time ahead of him to become a top star on the main roster, and it stands to reason that with Triple H gaining more creative control over RAW and SmackDown, he'll be a prime player. The comparisons between Cole and Hunter's bosom buddy Shawn Michaels are unavoidable: both are of similar height and build, they have long hair, they both have cocky, show-off-y personas, and they're the type of guy women want and men... want (bay-bay).
Still, the height and build may play to Cole's detriment. At six foot and 210 pounds, it's not like's particularly small, but in the land of giants, he's of fairly average stance. It'll be a challenge for Cole to convince someone like Vince McMahon to give him the ball and run with it. But with how chaotic things are now and Cole's other strengths, he has as good a chance as anyone else.
