10 Best Pop Culture-Inspired Wrestling Attires

4. Finn Balor - Various

Stardust Mr. Sinister
NJPW

NXT Champion Finn Balor is one of the most celebrated talents in all of wrestling, and his ring entrance is one of the many things that makes him unique. Balor comes to the ring with a light show and unmistakable music, and for big matches, he paints his face and upper body to resemble a demon - one that looks like a cross between Marvel Comics' Venom and Carnage.

WWE isn't one to tempt lawsuits, but when Balor - as Prince Devitt - was working for New Japan Pro Wrestling, he was able to slide under the radar a bit more and infringe on some trademarks. Devitt painted himself as both Venom and Carnage individually, and at times also sported designs resembling Spider-Man and The Joker.

Devitt's talent and charisma made him one of the top heels in New Japan. His body painting was another ingredient that made the future WWE superstar stand out and get noticed on both sides of the Pacific.
