2. "Montreal Was A Work"

Giving Scott Hall and Kevin Nash even greater reason for their coolest f*ckers in the room craic, the reveal from Vince McMahon that everything that took place at Survivor Series 1997 was as scripted as they've always suspected would complete the greatest long game he's ever played.

Bret Hart, forced into either admitting the conspiracy for the greatest gain or calling the deceased McMahon a raging liar would be the sort of dilemma certain to make Vince sh*t himself laughing as he looks up from the afterlife he's quite obviously destined to endure.

Books would be written and re-written. Dave Meltzer's lasting legacy forever tarnished, a mistrust for the shoot suddenly reintroduced after years of pulling down every single curtain. McMahon, in an effort to have his cake and eat it before perishing even repeats "...was a work" with a whisper, offering the option of the double negative for speech analysts to confirm for that it was, in fact, a shoot. In his wake, the debate is left raging even more that it was before.

With Bret left to suffer the consequences of the shocking revelation, The Chairman electing to let 'The Hitman' suffer the consequences of this enormous slab of banter - true or otherwise - would be in keeping with his perpetual peppering of the once-proud Champion.
