10 Best Stables In Wrestling Right Now
3. The Undisputed Era
Now might be time for WWE to try something different with The Undisputed Era.
NXT audiences have been gagging to be allowed to earnestly cheer the group (Adam Cole in particular) since they first came together. The end of Cole's record-breaking NXT Championship run provides the opportunity to clean the slate, come up with a different plan, and pivot in an alternative direction, perhaps as babyfaces.
Regardless, Undisputed is as great today as they have ever been. It helps that they're four of the best pure wrestlers in WWE, though their chemistry has always been what has positioned them above the promotion's other stables. Even Roderick Strong, who has never been the most outwardly charismatic wrestler in the world, shines as a big personality here. They are simultaneously NXT's clown princes and franchise players. It's a well-balanced dichotomy with scant need for evolution or revolution, as they remain a bankable black-and-gold commodity.
Perhaps WWE will want to hold off on turning Undisputed or sending them to the main roster until crowds return, as such a moment would surely blow the roof off whatever building played host. Regardless, they're still killing it.
