10 Best Tag-Team Matches In WrestleMania History

1. TLC II ('Mania X-7)

There may never be a more stunning tag-team match at WrestleMania than the one fans witnessed at 'Mania X-Seven. Shortly after the WWF had purchased WCW, performers from that company sat in the crowd and watched on in awe at just how high the bar had been raised by the competition.

The first ever 'Tables, Ladders & Chairs' bout took place at SummerSlam 2000. It was an unbelievable spectacle, but Edge, Christian, Matt and Jeff Hardy and The Dudley Boyz somehow managed to exceed themselves later.

Perhaps that can be attributed to the fact that this match took place at WrestleMania, the biggest stage in the business, but there was clearly magic in the air that night.

On a card also featuring a battle between The Rock and Steve Austin, as well as marquee matches involving The Undertaker, Triple H and both Vince and Shane McMahon, it may have been easy to get lost in the shuffle.

That didn't happen to these six men (as well as an interfering Lita, Rhyno and Spike Dudley). TLC II still excites to this day, regardless of how many times it has been re-aired and how many times superstars that came in their wake tried to replicate what they innovated.
