10 Best Things About WWE Network After One Year

3. The PPV Archive

This was a big selling point of WWE Network. From the moment the Network launched, one of the features that they pushed the most was that the entire WWE, WCW and ECW Pay-Per-View archive was included. That meant that fans go back 30 years to watch any show they wanted at any time they wanted. Do you want to watch Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 25 again because it's the best match ever? Go for it. Did you not watch wrestling in 1996? That's fine. Go check out the PPVs in order from that year to see what was out there. Forget about a particular match from the 2004 WWE No Mercy PPV? Go find it on the Network any time you want. As a fan of the business since I started walking, it's really cool to be able to dig into the archives. It's especially handy for me with this job when I have to go check out some random match or segment because of something I'm writing about it. It would be nice if the Raw, Nitro and other show archives were full like the PPV archives are. Chances are if you have WWE Network you've taken a close look at the PPV archive. WWE deserves credit for really promoting it heavily while delivering on what they promised in that regard.
