9. Hulk Hogan

Hulk Hogan actually lost at the first-ever Survivor Series. It was by count-out, and it was in the main event, and he got the first elimination of the first main event at the first Survivor Series, but still, Hulk Hogan lost! He main-evented three of the first four Survivor Series, including his final appearance at the event in 1990, overcoming a three-on-five handicap to stand tall for the second time that night alongside The Ultimate Warrior.

From that first defeat normal service resumed, and The Hulkster went through the rest of his elimination career undefeated and uneliminated. As he still had a good few years as the biggest deal in professional wrestling, Hogan was all-but-guaranteed to be repaid for his brave and noble actions in letting Team Andre go over in 1987.

He captained every one of the five teams he went into battle with, and despite the surprisingly low yield of seven eliminations from those five bouts, Hogan earns his place as one of the most dominant Survivor Series competitors ever. You could say that for literally any pay-per-view he's wrestled in, mind you.
