9. Judy Martin & Leilani Kai VS Jumping Bomb Angels - 2 Out Of 3 Falls For WWF Woman's Tag Titles (1988)
First and foremost, the Jumping Bomb Angels... awesome name. The Angels, Noriyo Tateno and Itsuki Yamazaki, were so ahead of their time with their in-ring skills, and they were so different from anything else anyone in the world had seen from female wrestlers. When you combine it with the fact that this was a match for Women's Tag Team Titles and the fact that it was a Two-Out-Of-Three Falls Match, that makes this such an extreme rarity, especially for the WWF. They were given 15 minutes to work with, and they simply did not disappoint. Counters, reversals, moves debuted in North America, chain wrestling, Puroresu, Lucha Libre... the match would stand out on WWE programming in 2015, but back in 1988, there were probably heads exploding as they watched everything that was taking place. If you're ever in the mood to watch something entirely different, fire this up on the WWE Network, and you won't regret it.
