It's almost strange to have someone like Shawn Michaels involved in anything about midcard matches, unless you're referring to the early-1990's, but here we are. As it is, we got a "generation VS generation" type of match, with proven star Michaels taking on rising star Edge, who wasn't quite yet a main event player.
