10 Best Wrestlers To Never Win WWE Intercontinental Title

6. Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins has only been on WWE's main roster for a relatively short time, but he's already accomplished quite a bit. While in The Shield, he and Roman Reigns racked up a lengthy run as WWE Tag Team Champions. After splitting from the group, he won the Money in the Bank briefcase, then cashed it in at WrestleMania 31 to become WWE Champion. He actually scored the United States Title while holding the WWE Championship, and while he vacated the belt due to injury, he recaptured it (for a couple of minutes, anyway) upon his return.

Rollins is only one belt short of amassing a very quick grand slam championship, and that one belt is the Intercontinental Title. On the November 3, 2014 episode of Raw, The Authority gifted Rollins with a shot at the title (then held by Dolph Ziggler), but interference from Randy Orton resulted in the match being declared a no contest.

That's been Rollins's only interaction with the IC Title, and being as how he and the belt are now on different brands, he'll have to wait a while to complete the quartet.
