2. John Cena

When it comes to WWE, John Cena's almost literally done everything there is to do. He's captured a total of 25 championships, from World Titles to U.S. Titles to Tag Team Titles, and he's also won a pair of Royal Rumbles and a Money in the Bank match. Finally, since 2006, he's headlined an incredible five separate WrestleMania shows.

You'd think John Cena would be a grand slam champion many times over, and you'd be right... if it wasn't for that pesky Intercontinental Championship. It's not Cena's fault, though - where the other stars on this list have all attempted to win the coveted prize only to see it slip through their fingers, Cena has never had a televised match for the Intercontinental Championship. His one shot at the belt came at an Abu Dhabi house show in 2015, where he beat Bad News Barrett by DQ.

It's not too late for Cena, though - he's currently part of the Smackdown brand, as is the Intercontinental Title. Being as how he's the current WWE Champion, though, odds are that he'll be focusing on that for the time being.
