10 Best Wrestlers Who Never Held The IMPACT World Championship

3. Chris Harris

As part of America's Most Wanted, Chris Harris was a bonafide Hall of Famer. Seven reigns as NWA World Tag Team Champions came Harris' way, six of which were as part of AMW alongside James Storm. Storm, of course, being a former World Champion himself.

'The Wildcat' sadly never received such a fortunate fate.

His entry requires a bit of explaining, though. Harris had spent the bulk of his IMPACT career as nothing more than a tag team wrestler. He wasn't simply a singles guy pushed into a tag team as some of the earlier entries were; he was a designated doubles wrestler, as his record proved.

The majority of his IMPACT tenure was spent under the era of the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship being IMPACT's primary title, which, as mentioned in the introduction of this article, isn't being taken into account. It was only the final few months of his career where the IMPACT World Championship - then the TNA World Heavyweight Championship - was born.

He was part of the 2007 Slammiversary pay-per-view in the traditional King of the Mountain match for said championship but alas, he was unsuccessful. The tag team icon did, however, have a Slammiversary moment, Spearing Christian Cage off the top of a ladder. It wasn't all bad for the guy, eh?
