The WWE Draft, the NJPW G1 Climax, Ultima Lucha and more? We've been spoiled this week...

What a week it has been for professional wrestling! In the constant nature of pro wrestling something seems to happen every single week, but in terms of accessible television wrestling this has been one heck of a week.

World Wrestling Entertainment officially split into two rosters with the draft, and both shows were headlined this week by a WWE Championship match between the two top guys in the company right now. NXT also put on another fine show, saying goodbye to a number of talents who got snapped up in that draft.

Arguably the most prestigious tournament in wrestling today, New Japan Pro Wrestling's G1 Climax also kicked off with two shows that offered a bevy of fantastic wrestling. Night one was better than night two, but both shows are more than worth a watch on New Japan World. There you can also find the first night of the 2016 Super J Cup, featuring some of the best junior heavyweight talent in the world.

Lucha Underground's second season also came to an end with Ultima Lucha Dos, a show headlined by a genuine dream match and a ninja skeleton gone dark. Did it live up to the end of season one?

With all this plus TNA, WCPW and more, here are your 10 best wrestling matches of the week.

10. Cesaro & Sami Zayn Vs. Chris Jericho & Kevin Owens - WWE RAW - 18/7/16

Despite being the last RAW of an era, the show this past Monday went by somewhat quietly. The WWE Universe was all prepped for the big draft on Tuesday, and as a result a little clutch of good matches may have just slipped under the radar. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins had a fun main event (more on that later), and there was also a huge 12-man tag hyping two matches at this Sunday's Battleground PPV.

For me, the best match on the show was the opening tag bout, which saw Cesaro & Sami Zayn pick up the win against the Curmudgeonly Canadian Connection, Kevin Owens & Chris Jericho. They started slow, but this is to be expected from a RAW tag match these days.

By the time they picked up the pace and moved through the gears this was quite simply a truckload of fun. These are quite simply four of the best wrestlers WWE has right now, and whatever combination you put together you're going to get something worth seeing.

Zayn picked up the win with a roll-up on Jericho.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
