These men had a fantastic history but almost everyone assumed that The Rock would triumph leading to another epic showdown with Steve Austin in the finals. Jericho essentially played the role of spoiler by beating The Rock (with outside interference from Vince McMahon) in a surprising, exciting match with his own Rock Bottom finisher.
