10 Best WWE Attitude Era PPVs

2. SummerSlam 2000

In many ways, SummerSlam was about going bigger and better than what came before it. The even features rematches from lots of the best ones we've already seen on this list, but somehow each competitor managed to dig deep and improve on their previous bouts. Jericho v Benoit in two-out of three falls finally settled that rivalry, for about four months or so at least. Tazz v Jerry Lawler is surprisingly entertaining with Jim Ross getting one of the biggest pops of the night. The Undertaker met Kane for the first time since his biker transformation, and ended up chasing his brother off by stealing his mask. There two incredible matches that stand head and shoulders above everything else. The first is Triple H v The Rock v Kurt Angle in which Angle takes a Pedigree gone wrong on the announce table, and manages to return for the finish. The second is TLC I, which saw The Hardy Boyz, Dudley Boys and Edge & Christian somehow top their showstealing effort from WrestleMania 2000 and somehow set the bar even higher for tag team wrestling in the new millenium. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9QP0H2Zznrs
