10 Best WWE Entrances Of 2016
2. Bobby Roode - NXT Takeover: Toronto
Bobby Roode’s Canadian homecoming was always going to be a big deal, but many wondered how he would top his rising platform entrance from Brooklyn earlier in the year. In typically glorious fashion, Roode managed to make every other entrance on the card feel worthless in comparison.
Perfect white clouds rolled across the Titan Tron, as a particularly intense-looking choir of three-dozen singers repeated the words “Glorious” and “Domination”, before the now infamous piano note signalled the arrival of The Glorious One. Roode emerged from the fog as the Air Canada Centre serenaded him, regardless of whether or not they even liked him.
Roode’s entrance is truly transcendent – many people have drawn comparisons between Roode’s gown and that of Ric Flair’s, but the similarities don’t end there. Roode’s signature song is so over, it actually works against his effective heel-work.
