Any time you can get two world class amateur wrestlers into WWE and have them perform at a high level you have to put them into a feud. From the moment that Lesnar showed up in WWE after WrestleMania 18 in 2002, people wanted to see him against Angle. One year later it happened at WrestleMania 19 in the main event. Whenever they wrestled they made it looked easy. A lot of things went right at WrestleMania 19 match. Even though Angle was severely injured with a neck injury and Lesnar missed a Shooter Star Press by a few inches, they still had an outstanding match. As they kept working together the matches got better too. There was a triple threat at Vengeance 2003 that was amazing that also involved Big Show. Then they had another singles match at SummerSlam 2003 with their roles reversed since Lesnar was the heel while Angle was the face. They capped it off with a classic Ironman match on Smackdown in September 2003. It looked like they weren't even tired after wrestling for an hour and having what was arguably the best Ironman match in WWE history. All of their matches were great. If Lesnar never left WWE in 2004 then they probably would have feuded again because when you have chemistry as good as theirs you should always go back to it.
