In some great news for AEW fans, Kevin Knight has signed a new deal with the company.

This comes via Fightful Select, which reports that Knight signed a multi-year contract earlier this year, meaning the Jet will be remaining #AllElite for the foreseeable future. The 29-year-old joined AEW in early 2025, though he only penned a one-year deal at that point.

2025 was quite the year for Kevin Knight, be that in singles action, as part of JetSpeed with 'Speedball' Mike Bailey, or as one-third of the AEW Trios Champions with Bailey and 'Hangman' Adam Page as Jet Set Rodeo, aka Horse Cock. And while last year's Continental Classic was ultimately won by Jon Moxley, it was arguably Knight who was the real star of that tournament, notably picking up big wins over Darby Allin and Kazuchika Okada.

Prior to signing with AEW, Kevin Knight made waves in NJPW, with him initially joining New Japan in 2020 as a Young Lion, before later going on to become a two-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion, both times with Kushida as the Intergalactic Jet Setters. Away from that, Knight has also competed for the likes of TNA, CMLL, ROH, MLW, GCW, and House of Glory.

When looking at the future of AEW, Kyle Fletcher is a clear standout in the men's division when it comes to those names who could become true main event players for years to come, but, truthfully, Kevin Knight isn't too far off the Protostar, with Knight having the potential to make it right to the top of AEW. Whether that happens remains to be seen, but there's no denying the huge upside of the Georgia native.
