10 Best WWE In Your House Matches Ever

9. Shawn Michaels vs. Jeff Jarrett (July 23, 1995)

During the first half of the 1990's in the then-WWF, perhaps only Bret Hart could claim to have matched the in-ring work of Shawn Michaels. Virtually every time he entered the squared circle, Michaels was capable of stealing the show. At In Your House 2, he admittedly didn't have much competition. The card overall didn't feature many stellar bouts. This enabled Michaels and Jeff Jarrett to concentrate on simply piecing together a solid encounter. Just over 20 minutes after the bell sounded to start their clash, HBK was hoisting the WWF Intercontinental Title above his head as the new champ. This was done largely to set up the Ladder Match between Michaels and Razor Ramon for SummerSlam 1995. Warming up for that match, Michaels was on top form at In Your House. Due to the similar stature of both men, they worked very well together anyway, but the fact that Shawn was quickly morphing into the best performer on the roster shouldn't be discounted. This was a match hand-picked by Michaels for the 'Heartbreak & Triumph' DVD set.
