http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xisj9n_vengeance-2003-rey-mysterio-and-billy-kidman-vs-shelton-benjamin-and-charlie-haas_sport What do you get when you combine a great technical wrestling tag team in a match against two guys that are considered two of the best cruiserweights in American wrestling? One of the best tag matches ever that just happened to take place in the month of July. When WWE did the brand extension in 2002 they created PPVs over the next couple of years that were exclusive to a brand. Vengeance 2003 was a Smackdown only show that was fantastic from top to bottom. The best match was this one with Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin aka The World's Greatest Tag Team defending the tag titles against Rey Mysterio & Billy Kidman. The Mysterio/Kidman team didn't tag together for long, but it was smart to pair them up since they had history in WCW and they knew each other so well. It was a classic tag match with WGTT dominating for much of it. The pace was incredible. They never slowed down. Once Mysterio received the hot tag toward the end the crowd went absolutely crazy. Everything Mysterio did at this point was fresh since he was only in WWE for about a year. There were some incredible nearfalls too with the crowd chanting "bulls**t" after a nearfall. That's when you know you've really won the crowd over. The match ended when Benjamin hit an incredible springboard clothesline while Mysterio was on Haas' shoulders. This is one of those matches that you may forget about because only one of the teams was together for a long time, but you would be smart to check it out again due to how great it was.
