http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x51mu8_wwf-royal-rumble-2000-intro_sport Starting things off in relatively simple fashion, there was nothing especially flashy about the into hype video for the 2000 Royal Rumble. The 30-man over the top rope bout was in the main event slot, but the real match most fans were looking forward to was a Street Fight between Cactus Jack and Triple H. It was that match which featured heavily in the opening video. There wasn't much to the clip other than comments from both competitors over their chances of winning. In addition to that, Mick Foley had beef with Triple H for the way 'The Game' had treated others since becoming WWF Heavyweight Champion. The execution was simple, but man was it ever 100% effective. When the match was done, it was instantly one of the best matches on a Royal Rumble card ever. The pre-show hype video did a sterling job of getting fans excited. There was a real big-match feel to the Street Fight, and people were desperate to see Cactus Jack erupt with violence and defeat Triple H.
